Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

The official e-commerce website of Langfarm Center currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • Online payment via the Payoo payment gateway (applicable when purchasing tickets on the official website: www.langfarmcenter.com)
  • Bank transfer (applicable for bulk ticket purchases made under contract)

Notes on Bank Transfer

  • When making a bank transfer, please clearly state the full name or company name along with the order details in the payment description to help us verify and confirm your payment accurately.
  • After a successful payment, Langfarm Center staff will proactively contact you to confirm your order and issue the QR code ticket for service usage.
  • If you have made a payment but have not received confirmation within the agreed timeframe, please call our hotline at 0931 904 904 for prompt assistance.

For Bulk Ticket Purchases

  • Customers who wish to purchase 20 tickets or more are advised to contact Langfarm Center directly via the hotline to receive a discount policy based on a contract agreement.
  • Payments for these transactions will be made according to the methods and terms specified in the signed contract between both parties.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For orders successfully paid via bank transfer or the Payoo payment gateway, if you wish to cancel and request a refund, please contact the Langfarm Center Customer Service Department via hotline 0931 904 904 or email center@langfarm.com.
  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded within 2–4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
