Return & Refund Policy
Langfarm Center provides electronic tickets (QR codes) for its all-in-one combo service, which includes factory tours, specialty buffet dining, and the Fairytale Farm experience. As such, the following return and refund policy applies:
1. No Refunds or Rescheduling Policy
- Once the payment is completed and the QR code is issued, the order is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, except in special cases proactively announced by Langfarm Center.
- Each electronic ticket (QR code) is valid for one-time use only on the selected date and is non-transferable.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Langfarm Center only offers refunds under the following circumstances:
- Force majeure closures (severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.)
- System errors resulting in failed transactions (e.g., payment deducted but QR code not issued)
- Internal issues from Langfarm Center (e.g., issuing mistakes, system malfunctions preventing service usage)
In these cases, customers will have the option to:
- Receive a 100% refund of the ticket value paid
- Reschedule the visit to a different date (subject to availability)
3. Refund Timeline and Method
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- The refunded amount will be transferred to the same bank account used during the original payment.
