Delivery Policy
Langfarm Center is a tourism experience destination combining a specialty buffet and fairytale-themed farm. As such, "delivery" at Langfarm Center refers to the electronic delivery of e-tickets (QR codes) to customers after completing their booking via the official e-commerce website: www.langfarmcenter.com.
Ticket Delivery Method
- After a successful payment, the e-ticket QR code will be sent to the customer via email or SMS (if SMS is integrated), within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Each ticket corresponds to a unique QR code, valid for one-time use on the specified date.
- Customers may present the QR code on a mobile device or as a printed copy upon arrival at Langfarm Center for check-in and entry.
Delivery Timeframe
- E-ticket delivery time: Within 1–24 hours after successful payment.

For Contract-Based Orders (Bulk Booking)
- For contract-based or large group bookings, Langfarm Center will deliver e-ticket QR codes based on the schedule and terms agreed upon in the contract.
- QR codes may be delivered in bulk or distributed by specific usage dates, depending on the partner’s request.
Responsibilities of Langfarm Center
- Ensure that QR codes are delivered accurately as per the confirmed order details.
- Provide timely assistance in the event of technical issues, delays, or lost e-tickets.
Customer Responsibilities
- Safeguard the QR code and do not share it publicly to avoid unauthorized use.
- Verify ticket information (usage date, quantity, ticket type) immediately after receiving the QR code.
- Arrive on the exact date stated on the ticket to use the service. Tickets are non-transferable to other dates unless otherwise stated in a support policy.
